 July 12 th  -  Gary Caton - Discussion on the effects of the Solar Eclipse of July 11.

Gary P. Caton is an eclectic astrologer who embraces an organic, process-oriented approach to spiritual growth, exploration and transformation.  He has explored Shamanism and the Tarot, holds a degree in Counseling and has developed a unique multi-discipline approach to Astrology over 17 years.

In his Eclipse workshops, Gary explores the basic nature of the Eclipse as a Shadow phenomenon and a disruption of the dark/light fractal of time.  He explores the  basic mechanics of Eclipses including the Saros and Metonic series. Since each Saros series has a birth chart, the individual Eclipses carry this signature as well as their own unique chart.  He then shares how to work with Eclipse energies on an individual level, including various ritual activities to embrace and channel the Shadow energy of the Eclipse into some part of your life where you are feeling stuck, stagnant or repressed. In this way chaos may be transformed to catharsis.

July 26^th  - Arlene Nimark  - Uranian Astrology

Arlene Nimark has been a full time astrologer since 1980. She has a level IV certification from NCGR, and is on the faculty of New York City Chapter of NCGR. Since 1982 her specialty is in Uranian astrology. She is one of the few who use the full system, 360 degree with it’s multiple house systems for intense analysis of the individual, and forecast with the use of the 90 degree dial.

Arlene has lectured at UAC’ 92, 95, 98, 02 and 08, plus workshops  as well as National NCGR conferences.  In the Oct/Nov issue of the NCGR member letter, Arlene was the only one, out of seven astrologers, to predict that GW Bush was going to win re-election.  Her article entitled, “Bill Clinton through the Chart of Chelsea Clinton” was published in the April 1999 issue of the Journal of the British Astrological Association’s. In Oct. 2005, an article entitled, “A New Look at the Royal Triangle“ was published in the Mountain Astrologer.
